Biography
Dr Ali Akbar Nezhad is Senior Lecturer in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering. He was awarded with Vice Chancellor's Award for Teaching Excellence, The University of New South Wales; 2014, Skilled Builder and BIM Award (Education-Engineering Category), Building and Construction Authority of Singapore; 2012, SCI Excellence Awards 2013 by Singapore Concrete Institute in recognition of innovations in Designed for Disassembly Building Systems Project (led by Prof. KCG Ong) , JCI OWICS Award, Japan Concrete Institute; 2006, ASTAR IGS Scholarship, A-Star Agency for Science, Technology and Research, NUS Research Scholarship, National University of Singapore. Having Field of Interests in Construction Materials, Construction Engineering, Sustainable Development, Sustainability Accounting and Reporting, Civil Engineering, Building Construction Management and Project Planning, Optimization, Built Environment and Design.
